"Great welcome on arrival and shown around unit. Lovely and spacious. It was very cold in Rotorua so the heatpump was very welcome, as was the electric blanket. The bed was so comfortable. We loved the private hot pool and used it both nights. The jets were great and it was so nice and warmed us up. ..."
