「very close to SFO. nice place for a basic travel, free and easy for parking. IHOP 7×24 just beside, a chick fil A and pizza hut just crossing the road.」

「Overall the stay was fantastic. The service left a lot to be desired I have never been treated so horribly by hotel staff. Just absolutely unacceptable. While the stay was fine. I would never stay here again based on the customer service experience. 」

「Front desk staff was lovely and checkin was quick and easy. Getting into the parking area was confusing, but once we figured it out, we felt very comfortable parking in the garage. Our room definitely needed dusting and vacuuming done in corners and along the edges. The bathroom needs a fresh coat of paint because you could see that something was thinly painted over. The sink was odd because the faucet didn’t come out far enough from the back of the sink and it was difficult to rinse hands. The...

「Nice hotel a short walk or Uber to Santana Row and Winchester House. Nice hitech amenities like keyless entry and virtual check in. Only criticism would be the room could use a luggage rack or someplace other than the floor to place suitcases. Otherwise, it's nicely decorated and very convenient. 」
