「The staff was very friendly. Shoutout to Rosy and David, you guys were great people. The property was very clean and had everything that is on the description. So nothing to complain on that. 「Our stay at Casa Juárez was perfect. The hotel is very nice and clean, the location is good and safe parking is available two blocks from the hotel. The staff at the hotel were attentive to our need, helpful and accomodating. We enjoyed out stay at Casa Juárez. We recommend this hotel and will stay here the next time we are in Puebla.」

「The worst part about this hotel? No elevator. It's not a big deal since the hotel is only two levels. However, if you have heavy bags like we did, there is help. The place is very nice, and the breakfast was delicious. My husband really enjoyed their "Cafe de la olla" which is essentially brewed coffee, as we enjoy it here in the states. 「When we are in Puebla, Casona de la China Poblana is our home away from home. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The upper courtyard area is fantastic. Quiet, relaxing, and with great views of nearby colonial buildings. The restaurant is also top notch, with classic Mexican breakfasts their speciality. With only about 7 rooms, this is perfect for an extended family. 」

「I highly recommend this lovely quaint hotel full of interesting antiques and charm. Theresa, the owner, and Marian were wonderful and very friendly and accommodating. I was traveling solo and one day they hired a really nice driver, Carlos, to take me to Cholula and the Talavera factory. Lots of charm, very clean, and delicious breakfast available. Oh, and I can't forget the airy rooftop to hang out on. Charming wherever you look.」
