「Doubletree Hilton at Cheltenham is fabulous for family trip where I ever experienced with. The staffs were very helpful for everything even I requested so much to suit for the elderly, such as shower bathroom etc. I would highly recommend the Hilton at Cheltenham for everyone.」

「Booked 2 rooms and 1 apartment; was expecting they all are close from each other. but end up the apartment is about 10-15mins walking distance away that i will have to separate from my other family members. However, the staff was very helpful when needed them」

Staff at check-in located in nearby 'Central hotel' were friendly as was the housekeeping who needed to wake me up as I'd overslept (like I said the bed was comfortable). 「The hotel manager will directly send you an email detailing the hotel digital management and the digital lock system and the relevant passwords for digital locks and the food for breakfast before you set off to UK. Unfortunately the fuse was burnt on the first day I check in. I emailed the manager and phoned him and he went to my room to check personally and fixed it. He noticed the toilet seat was loose and he came again to change a new one and also fixed the towel stand. With the cheap price...

「I stayed for two nights. The room is clean and the bathroom is large and even has a bathtub. the staff knows I am travelling there for the first time, she kindly lend me a guidebook in traditional Chinese edition. That's very thoughtful. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. 」

「環境，房間都是很好的。 包早餐 是 continental breakfast, 比較簡化，麵包，Cereal, Yogurt. Juice, Coffee 如果想吃hot dish. 便要在餐單上order.另再收費。 覺得最大問題的，是沒有lift, 樓梯又高又窄，我拿住又大又重行李，每次拿上房間和退房拿下來時都非常痛痛。非常大問題！ 除了這個，房間內也是可以的，但只有廁紙，沒有紙巾，沒有牙刷等等東西。」
