Such a lovely 3 night stay at the Colesbourne Inn. We were in a room in the little cottage. It was lovely with the only slight downside being that you can hear the people in the room upstairs.
The food was lovely and the staff really friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back.
Lovely pub and hotel. Ideally located with lovely food and friendly staff. Although on a main road, the rooms are triple glazed and I didn’t hear a thing…..Road very quiet also at night. Would recommend.
The most lovely inn! We stayed 3 nights to explore the Cotswolds - we were so lucky to find the Colesbourne. The staff, food, atmosphere and our room were absolutely top notch! We would recommend it to anyone and will definitely be back again!

Lovely bar area and restaurant
Staff were friendly. Be careful as rooms are outside of the hotel across the carpark with not great access. You have to walk across a muddy area to the rooms.
The rooms do need updating but overall a pleasant stay.
We stayed in a very nice clean, comfortable & quiet room in the cottage next to the Inn.
Staff were very helpful.
Good choice of items for breakfast.
Very nice indeed.
Thank you.
(Ps. Could not get wifi connection in cottage but no big deal)

Lovely welcome, friendly and courteous. The Room ( 06) was very comfortable ,clean, en suite, but would have preferred a downstairs room. Helpful and friendly staff. Good choice of food on the menu and liked what we both chose. Excellent wine list for an out of town hotel. Would definatly stay again.
The room was very clean and cosy, comfortable bed, very warm woth a beautiful ensuite, perfect location for us. The staff were very pleasant and efficient and the breakfast menu was very good. Would definitely stay again and yhe prices were reasonable.

A lot of character and history. Our room was very nostalgic and quite spacious. You don’t get a fridge or AC in these older inns. There’s good beer, decent food and included breakfast. There’s a very small team of younger staff who are quite responsive and who are trying very hard to keep up in a busy environment. I think they deserve some more support to be honest. They appear to be nice kids who are a bit overwhelmed by the amount of work they have to do. We had an ant problem in our room and one staff had to leave the bar unattended to try to deal with it. We also had a booking mix up for our third night (our fault, not Colesbourne’s) and another staff tried very hard to get hold of us and Expedia to try help avoid a check-out check-in overlap with the next guests. Because we were out for the day the housekeeping staff had to pack up our room and they did a very thorough job. I’d say if you’re not too picky and you really love the historic country inn vibe, this is a decent place for you. We probably wouldn’t choose it again having now seen some of the other options in the Cotswolds area. I hope the management recognizes that the young team here is working very hard and is a bit overwhelmed.
Comfortable stay in the heart of Cotswalds. Friendly staff, cozy rooms and delicious breakfast made it very good value for money. We had dinner at the pub and enjoyed the shepherd’s stew with a fresh pint, all very recommended.
