「Overall we had a great stay at the Ship Inn . Staff were lovely especially the male member of staff who served us in the restaurant with drinks and food . He went over and above to please had a wonderful friendly personality . A great asset to the team . Sorry we didn’t get your name . The down sides were the mattress in the Royal room needs replacing and we were kept awake until 1am by either an argument going on or very loud animated talking ! The absolute positive of our visit was the food...

「Wonderful room.. No TV, which we knew, and that was a pleasure. Staff very polite and helpful. Nothing seemed too much for them. The Wi-Fi will be needed, if you want the internet, as poor reception. Excellent breakfast to top it all. Third visit, we'll be back again, maybe next year. :)」

「What a wonderful hotel,lovely setting,all of the staff were excellent ,professional,friendly and the hotel had a lovely homely feel,would recommend to anyone . The only thing l can say being slightly negative is that the spa in the pool area felt very dated ,and the decor in places throughout the hotel could do with revamping!! Wonderful stay 😊」

「Our hotel room was excellent, roomy, clean and well serviced. Only addition I would have liked would be a small fridge. The staff were all brilliant and very helpful. Breakfasts were fabulous with an excellent choice of cooked (full english or kippers) and continental style. Depending where your rrom is located there can be a lot of steps so people with limited mobility should check before booking. Location to town and facilities excellent. We enjoyed our stay enorously.」
