We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless and well-equipped, and the staff ( Maui ) were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was also perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions.

Even though this place did not have a typical front desk, the “online” receptionist was quick to respond than a physical a physical person. I will recommend this place. Clean and quiet!

Very nice, clean & classy

We had a great time. The place was super clean and super safe. We were told by taxi and uber drivers that it was one of the safest areas of town. Maui was very helpful. She came to me and my wife and offered advice and tips. We were grateful. They had an issue with hot water and electric locks but it was manageable thanks to Maui and her fast response and diligence. The room finish and cleanliness was superb. I totally recommend it.

Well the stay started off very well. The room is in a good location & a 20 min walk to the vatican. However our room had major issues with the aircondition & it wasnt working. However the host took care of it & made arrangements to sleep in another room for the night. However, the following night again the aircondition wasnt working, which ruined our stay especially after an exhausting day of a long days walk.

My daughter stayed here at this hotel and this is what she had to share; “I stayed here with my friends and it has become my favorite hotel in Rome, and it’s just right outside of Vatican City. We were welcomed by Maui, who did everything to prepare our rooms to feel like home for our stay. This morning, my friends and I spent some time outside in the terrace sketching and just taking in this charming pocket in the property. It was such a wonderful way to welcome our day. The property is also very close to neighborly shops and cafes and a restaurant we quite enjoyed yesterday. We are so grateful to Maui for making us feel so welcome in her home! She was so accommodating, kind and communicated with us weeks in advance and right before our stay, which made us feel so comfortable and happy about our reservation there. This was the first visit for my friends to Rome and I couldn’t have been happier about our experience on our first day. Thank you Maui for making it so special! Staying here will absolutely be a tradition!”

Loved the property. Grocery store, restaurants all within a couple blocks. Only about 15 minute walk to the Vatican. No matter which direction you go in from this location its beautiful. Maui, our host, was wonderful. The only opportunity we had was the washroom - the toilet wouldnt stop running. She came right away amd helped with a temporary fix and got the plumber there as soon as possible. She was friemdly amd ensured our rooms were set each day with new towels, cleaned up our bedding amd etc. Next time I come to Rome I will be staying here again!

The room is cleaned but with a very strong scent that I feel very uncomfortable breathing in, I opened the window for hours and the smell still in the room at night, and the window of the room is on the ground level, facing the street, means you won't have natural sunlight with that window, and there is a lock on the window. In terms of location, it's not the best location in Rome.

Resepsiyon yok, birkaç odadan oluşan küçük bir işletme. Vatikan müzelerine 10 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Merkezden biraz uzakmış gibi gelebilir ama otobüs ve metroyla kolay ulaşım sağlanıyor. Tatlı bir mahallede bulunuyor. Odadaki eşyalar ve özellikle banyosu çok yeniydi. Temizlik çok güzel yapılmıştı. Ayrıca odada, ütü ve ütü masasından esperesso makinesine kadar her şey düşünülmüş. Klima ve mini buzdolabı da mevcuttu. Günlük olarak temizlik yapılıyor. Personel çok güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi, resepsiyon olmasa da dilediğiniz her an iletişime geçebiliyorsunuz. Ayrıca tatlı bir bahçesi de var odalar doğrudan bahçeye açılıyor, oturup keyiflenmek için güzel bir yer. Yalnızca etraf yeşillik olduğu için çok böcek olabiliyor. Bahçede otururken böcek ilacınızı hazırlayın derim. Bunun dışında, Roma'da bana kendimi evimde hissedilecek kadar güzel bir deneyim yaşadım. Teşekkür ediyorum

Buena estancia, lugar muy bonito, cerca del vaticano, no cuenta con estacionamiento para autos, pero a una cuadra hay una avenida en donde se puede dejar el auto estacionado sin necesidad de pagar estacionamiento.

Te dan instrucciones para hacer self check-in, no hay una recepción como tal. La habitación está bien para el precio, algunos detalles de limpieza y las toallas eran particularmente chiquitas, pedimos unas extra y nos las dieron 1 día antes de irnos. El primer día no salía agua caliente, se los hicimos saber y mandaron a alguien para arreglarlo ese mismo día, están al pendiente pero a veces es un poco enfadoso porque te escriben todos los días.

Perfeito, super recomendado

Pense em um espaço pensado para agradar o hóspedes, simplesmente perfeito, tudo impecável, tiveram a delicadeza de colocar no quarto mimos que dificilmente a gente vê como frigobar com várias opções, cafeteira elétrica, copos e taças, pequena tábua de passar roupas, ferro elétrico (nos ajudou bastante), secador de cabelo ótimo, entre outras coisas. A menina da limpeza é uma simpatia só, a única dica seria enviar as instruções uns dias antes, se a pessoa estiver sem Internet terá um pequeno problema já que não existe recepção. Porém é simplesmente fantástico, sem contar com a localização. Perfeita. 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏, além de tudo próximo ao transporte público (metro e ônibus)
