Great location! Main attractions are 30-40 minutes walking distance. The area itself is very nice with many restaurants and coffee shops. The staff are super helpful and friendly.

Great location that is close to lots of restaurants, cafes, grocery store, etc. Located on a busy street so can be quite noisy, especially if you want to have the door open. The room is pretty small but manageable for 2 people. The bed was unfortunately very uncomfortable with very flat, hard pillows so sleep wasn't the best. Breakfast was good :)

The "property" is truly the top floor of an apartment building. The building could use some spiffing up, but the Top Floor itself is sparkling clean. There are 4 guest rooms and a breakfast room. We enjoyed the bed and breakfast feel of the Top Floor. Eduardo and Oxana were both very kind and helpful. Communication with them regarding check in and check out was great. The breakfast offerings are not vast, but the quality and options satisfied us. Eduardo reserved a driver for our trip to the airport and that went smoothly. We really enjoyed our stay at the Top Floor--and we would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our 1 night stay here. The service was top notch and the room was exceptionally clean with a great shower. The location was within walking distance of many major attractions. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean room, comfy beds, wonderful breakfast staff, host is helpful. Insulated windows help with road noise. Note: At the time we booked the listing said there was laundry on site but there isn’t. Would stay here again.
