My stay of one night was great. The room was immaculate as well as the bathroom. Toiletries were provided along with the bathrobe. It was excellent. Note: One thing that I would comment was that someone did cook from the first floor kitchen and the aroma from cooking was evident in my bedroom. It was night time.

air conditioning worked great. shuttle to airport was good too. my only complaint was the shower. the shower head was broken so half of the water came out everywhere but where it should.

This is not a hotel this is a shared room with shared bath and kitchen. Though the room was clean this place was a disaster for us. We only stayed on night though we had two nights booked. All the reviews were great but I feel as if this should have been disclosed that this is not a hotel room and that a bath was shared. I would not have booked had I known this. The shower head in one of the baths was leaking all over the place. There was no place to hang a towel. The check in was for 4pm according to all paperwork that we had but when we arrived we called the location and he said check in was at 4:30pm. The neighborhood is questionable. I did not like leaving our car parked out back. I was worried about it all night long. We paid extra for a night at a real hotel and left this one after one night. I would never book here again.

Sex stains on the sheets which were very clearly not changed.Very dirty, dead bugs all over, ant infested, not as advertised in the slightest. It's much much worse. We complained and got a new room which was just as bad as the first one, the sheets looked better though but the airconditioning was broken. This is your warning, do not stay here.

Good stay

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful.The parking lot was large. I slept well but my husband who is a light sleeper had to use earplugs.

Well we were a bit surprised to see the location of this property it was not in the best area but we did walk down the street and felt semi safe… The property itself was fantastic, and Rico really did a great job making the place beautiful inside, and as he already knows he needs more mirrors at least in each room. There was not a single mirror and we were sharing a bathroom which is never too much fun so getting ready with a little challenging… The beds were a bit hard but OK and everything else was delightful.

Great property even though I didn’t realize when I booked that it was shared bathrooms they provided robes which was great. There are many good seafood restaurants within walking distance we went to a great steakhouse only a 4minute drive away and only took less than 10min drive to airport in the morning.

Estuvo muy bien para estadía de una noche. Nuestro vuelo se demoró y el hotel tuvo lo necesario para descansar cómodamente. Nuestra suite contaba con baño, pero no todas las habitaciones cuentan con baño privado. Muy buena atención. Tienes cerca un sitio para comprar alimento y bebida para salir del paso.

The manager of this property was very friendly and helpful before and during our stay. It was our first trip to Rome and we will definitely stay here again next time. Very close to Rome FCO airport. So clean and quiet. Great value…highly recommend The Gate 441.

I stayed at The Gate 441 Rooms and had a very good experience. The property is clean, modern, and well maintained. The room was comfortable with air conditioning, a private bathroom, and all the basics I needed for a short stay. The location is very convenient if you are flying from Fiumicino Airport—it’s close by, and they also offer shuttle service. Check-in was smooth, and the staff was kind and helpful. Overall, this is a great option if you need a comfortable and practical place near the airport. I would stay here again.
