This hotel is not actually a hotel. In fairness, it does say Guest House. The Rome Central Rooms is a small renovated partial flat with three rooms and a central kitchen. You can get daily room clean up if you want, but no front desk. This is problematic when they want a copy of your passport. No one was there to take my copy. Not sending it via text or email. The hotel was also confusing to find, but once we figured it out, it was easy. The owners responded to their text right away to buzz us in the building door. There are locks to get into the building, the front door, and your room. Put numbers in your phone and remember the key. No problems. The hotel is located in a safe, neighborhood area and close to a delicious cafe and grocery store. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Great deal! Well located. We took Ubers, but bus stop right out front. This would be perfect for that large family or multiple families that needed extra rooms/space and can keep costs down. The owners were available by text and they do offer an inexpensive breakfast. I would skip it and to to the cafe for a little more cost. I think you could cook there if you like. Overall, I liked it. Met all of my personal needs: safe, clean, and in a neighborhood.

Room was very clean, Kelly stayed on top of cleaning the whole unit daily and did a great job! Close to metro stop making it super easy to get to all the main attractions. There were quite a few restaurant options nearby as well. Multiple shops within walking distance if needed for clothing, pharmacy, and groceries.

Vielen Dank für die tolle Unterkunft! Einfacher Kontakt via WhatsApp, sehr sauberes Zimmer, neues Bad und sehr gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (Bus und Metro). Die Bewertungen sind absolut gerechtfertigt! Sehr empfehlenswert. Zu Fuß zum Kolosseum und Circus Maximus in unter 30 Minuten. War perfekt nach dem Konzert von David Gilmour am 03.10.

I actually forgot to write this review after my wife and I spent our honeymoon here in Rome. Let me say that Silvio is the best host ever and he was super kind and helpful. He pulled out a map of the city and helped us plan our entire trip and told us all of the secret places to go and the best times to go. He had great food recommendations as well as gelato! We lost our room key and Silvio immediately headed over and let us back into our room and was super understanding and polite. He ensured our room was cleaned up and bed made each morning and he would periodically message us to ensure everything was going well. Great water pressure super nice bathroom Comfy bed Great ac I would without a doubt stay here again!

Welcoming and friendly host who is willing to go the extra mile for his customers. Host is very nice and informative on what to do in rome. He went the extra mile for me and my partner and walked us to the bus station when we had no idea where it was. Also, gave us a weigh scale when we had to weigh our luggage. If you are wondering if you should stay here you definitely should! Place is very clean with a maid who comes every morning to clean. Location is close to bus station and train to help you get to where you need to go! Definitely book it :)

Very nice B&B, room is spacious, sparkly clean, bed is comfortable and big ensuite bathroom. Silvio is a very nice host, communication is easy, he will share lots of insights and places to go in Rome. Will stay here again if I come back to Rome and highly recommend it to friends and relatives.

Great appreciation and grateful for help!

I don’t know what’s going on with the energy I wrote three times the review, tried to load with photos, then it disappeared, yet, I still want to write it. This is the small hotel with 4 rooms, newly renovated in aged building. On the second floor, with antique Otis elevator. It is just a four minute walk from metro, very convenient! The room is Spacey, clean and comfortable with safety box inside room. At night, it is a very quiet with good window glass insulation. I had an awful experience in Rome, the first day I lost my passport card, credit card, ATM card and cash. Silvio and Angela were like my friends. They care and concern about me, they even went with me to the post office to find out the Moneygram possibility to resolve my financial issues. Mind you, I paid in full for the hotel in hotel.com in advance. So they are helping me, because they care! These are not just business persons, these are your friends, your neighbors who watch and care about you, and they are running their business with good heart! They even came in the early morning to make coffee and cappuccino, provide breakfast, which is not included in the price. I have been to, at least 50+ oversea cities... this is definitely an exception, a moment I will remember for the rest of my life... kind people... I will not upload the photo this time... ;)
