An aparthotel rather than a hotel really but beyond that, the service is the same. Had some confusion finding the building as the hotel is within a larger complex and we had to wait for someone to show us to our room once we found our way in, but staff were very friendly and helpful. Had a jacuzzi room with a round bed which was all very romantic and extra and daily breakfast was nice. Area is a short walk from the train station and easily walkable into the city if you're more active.

Friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious and well kept. Fridge was stocked with bottled water daily. The main negative was the bath in our room (303). The bath had no standing shower - no shower curtain or shower door. So you had to improvise by holding the shower wand over your head and facing just the right direction to avoid soaking the entire bath room. The self-serve breakfast was good but without any variety from day to day. Would have been nice to have plain croissants in addition to the sugar ones and an unsweetened whole wheat cereal (eg bran flakes, muesli) would have been nice as well.

Could not fault anything about this hotel !! From the start Alfonso made us feel so welcome and gave us a detailed map on where all the sights were, most were in walking distance. The breakfast was lovely. We are actually booked in again next week. Highly recommended Roma Veneto Relais ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was the second time I stayed at the property in.a week. Alfonso kindly let me leave my main luggage there whilst I went to Venice. The breakfast was lovely as was the room. Customer service is definitely 5 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟. Highly recommend this property.

Little haven in Roma

Lovely little hotel in the centre of Rome. The owner was wonderful really helpful and lots of fun too. The rooms are fine and functional and breakfast is good too. There are lots fo good restuarants on the doorstepo too and you get 10% off one of them, the owner will give you details. All in all we thoroughkly enjoyed our stay.

Not far away from the train station, bus stations are in walk distance. It was a bit challenging to find the hotel. Very nice staff. It's pretty noisy outside in the night.

Great little place

The place was similar to the pictures, it was clean, with a comfortable bed. It was great for the price. I'm not sure why there were lights that changed color in the bathroom and the smell was just a little stale. But the service was excellent, for the price and the location I would recommend no it.

Not good

I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room was dirty and in the bathroom there was black fungus on the wall and in the shower. The shower head was dirty and the room was worn and looked like it had been poorly cleaned. We were only given a thin sheet as a duvet and it was cold at night. The room was noisy and you could here the people very well from outside the room slamming doors. In addition the breakfast was terrible. Maybe one cannot expect more from this price range but I will not stay here next time visiting Rome.

This is the worst place ever!!! BEWARE BED BUGS!!!! The owner will not help you!!! I payed 11 nights the first night I arrived with my family we were woken up at 4:00am to bed bugs I called the owner and he said he could not do anything for my family and I that I need to wait until 9:00am!!! So I had to find a new place to go to! The owner the next day told me that I must have brought them with me!! He refused to help me! The property is an apartment building!! And another thing Blood Stains on the mattress!!! RICARDO IS THE OWNER! RUDE AND A SCAMMER DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!

Alejandro was very nice and helpful - even gave us an upgrade which we appreciated, but no one was ever around if we had a question. We happen to get lucky he was there when we checked in and then we never saw him. He said to call, but we did not feel comfortable doing that. It was very confusing to find the property and difficult to bring our bags up since the lift didn't start at the entrance. The bathroom was very clean, but we were confused on how to use the shower without making a mess without a shower curtain or door. The walls could use a refresh and the area outside our window was filthy. The TV also didn't have even one English speaking channel. I know we were not the only English speaking people there. The breakfast was good, but was set up too late for us and a couple of other people on two of the days. I'm not sure I would stay here again.
