Everything about this property was wonderful! The room was spacious, the room and common areas spotless. Staff were warm and welcoming and helped us with any questions. There is a lovely rooftop bar, we enjoyed it so much. We also liked the neighborhood and felt safe. Highly recommend

A gem in Rome

My first time in Rome and this hotel made my stay a breeze. The location is ideal, a few steps away from the Forum and walkable to other tourist sights. The room, even on the small side, has all the comfort you need and very clean. The front desk service is their ace, they provide you with information on how to navigate the city and places to eat. Lastly, their free breakfast prepares you to tackle your day with energy. As a solo traveler, this definitely gives you value for your money. I will definitely come back to this hotel the next time I visit Rome. Shout out to Alexandra for a very warm welcome.

What can I say!? Barbara is awesome. We cool our heels for a couple of days in Rome after getting off of a cruise and we found this location to be right in the center of everything. I have a rooftop where you can see the Roman forum and the Colosseum. The location is right in the center of everything if you want to walk around and see Rome. On top of it, they handled all of our transfers from the cruise port into the airport in Rome. One tip: go for a suite. Enjoy doing as the Romans do!

We had a wonderful stay at Residenza Maritti Decò! The location is excellent—quiet yet very central, within easy walking distance to the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and many other historic sights. The room was clean, comfortable, and full of character. What really made our stay special was the hospitality of the owner(Gianluca and Piero). They were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering us maps, local tips, and even a power adapter free of charge as we forgot ours in Canada... We truly appreciated the warm welcome and would happily stay here again!

Super séjour!!

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits à l'hôtel Maritti où nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli. Le personnel est très sympathique, l'hôtel est propre et très bien placé pour visiter à pied le centre de la ville. De nombreux restaurants à proximité et un roof top très agréable pour prendre un apéritif en admirant le coucher de soleil sur la ville.

Great location

PRO'S :location is the best!! Can't stress that enough. And safe. Pier the owner was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions. He recommended and booked reservations at the best restaurants. Pier also called us a taxi everytime we needed it. The customer service was truly 5 stars!! The rooftop overlooks the city with a stunning view. The Appertivo at the rooftop were so delicious!! CONS: the room wasn't comfortable. There was not a space for us to lay out our essentials. The bathroom was too small and shower as well. We only had the thin blankets so at some moments at night, we'd feel too cold but then if we raised the ac temp, it would get uncomfortable. I had a very hard time sleeping both nights. There was also no safe in the room. Overall, it's clean, safe and convenient and the service is great.
