The rooms were small but well laid out and clean. The service was fantastic and the location was within 20 minutes of all the main sights. The bus was also convenient when tired.

The room was excellent but above all the welcome and service we received from the staff looking to make our stay the best possible even if they experienced some issues with the WiFi. I can’t say enough good things about Elissabetta who welcomed us, provided recommendations on visits, booked restaurants and provided a gift to offset the WiFi issue. She ensured our stay was very pleasant! I highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel was recommended to me and I was really happy with our stay. The room was clean and comfortable . The staff are really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and it's easy to get around. The bus from the Termini Station stops almost outside.

It's in a great location with friendly staff. Breakfast was great. The room was pleasant. Only slight issue was a rather odd ensuite bathroom with a clear window right into the room! So a rather major lack of privacy! everything else was fine and they gave us a reallly useful sheet with recommended restaurants. I'd recommend and stay again but they really need to invest in curtains / frosted glass!!!!

The concierge hosts were so kind and helpful. We loved our stay. Breakfast and coffee was a great start every day. We walked 11 miles a day seeing everything from Vatican City to Trevi and Piazza Novana.

It was the most memorable stay. Everyone is so helpful and sweet, especially administrator Elisabetta who is so kind and nice, she helped us with everything: tickets, call to agencies etc. rooms are clean and breakfast is amazing and delicious.
