We found a warm welcome from wonderful hosts at Penta, the location is perfect from which to explore Rome, within easy reach of all the main sights of interest. We will return to Penta in future, highly recommended.

I traveled with my 2 kids and my mother, we rented 2 rooms, the beds were super comfortable. There is an electric kettle in every room, instant coffee packs along with a bottle of spankling water, a regular water bottle and a pack of toasted bread and some individual jelly (orange, peach and cherry flavor) the place is very clean, the staff is super friendly, Chiara provided us with a map and lots of tips for best places to go, different transportation methods and best food recommendations. When she was out of the office and I had a question, I was able to reach her out through whatsapp and she promptly responded to my messages. This is a great location if you are visiting the vatican area 😀

Nice Stay

Really nice rooms however, not soundproofed with thin walls. Very clean and spacious. The location was perfect. The staff were friendly and were always available when needed. Really good recommendations upon check in!

El lugar se encuentra a menos de 300 metros de la parada de metro Lepanto, línea A, y casi en el mismo lugar están las paradas de buses. Facil de trasladarse a cualquier lugar hasta la terminal Termini. La habitación muy amplia y acogedora, se nota que fue restaurada hace poco. Buen espacio para distribuirse. Tiene caja fuerte lo cual es bueno y un mini Fridge, obsequian botella de agua tanto natural como con gas, lo cual es un buen detalle aparte de la cafetera. Lo único que no me gustó es el baño que es muy pequeño, no hay lugar para poner tus cosas de aseo personal y la ducha es muy pequeña e incomoda. Por el resto del lugar excelente y cerca a unos 300 metros hay buenos lugares para desayunar y comer. Todos los días limpian el lugar y hacen las camas. Baje un poco la calificación ya que la última noche no recogieron las o cambiaron las toallas, quedaron tal cual las dejamos.

Great location and very friendly hosts

Great hosts that are very welcoming. In addition to the complementary prosecco we we're given for New Years Eve, we we're given a very nice and detailed overview of the city. Location is well situated to walk to sites such as the Vatican, Castel Sant'Angelo and the old city. The neighborhood is full of locals which means that it doesn't feel like a tourist trap like parts of the city center. It was a little loud in the morning if a large group of people walked passed the door, but that is not a deal breaker. Overall, pleased with our stay.

Não é hotel. Assim tem que avisar sobre a sua chegada. Queríamos ficar perto do Vaticano, esta localização atendeu perfeitamente. São alguns metros andando. O café da manhã é limitado, sem muitas opções. Mas a cordialidade de quem nos atendeu foi muito boa.

Worst Accommodation on 2 Week Trip in Italy.

This was the worst accommodation of our entire trip. I booked 3 rooms for my family and myself to stay for 4 nights. We ended up only occupying 2 rooms (my aunts were so appalled by the way the guest house spoke to us on the phone and via messages, they refused to come to the guesthouse and decided to book a hotel in the historical centre). Even though I paid for 3 rooms, I initially only received keys to 2 of them. The 3rd room's keys were only handed over to me on the 3rd morning of our horrible stay. The rooms were so noisy and sub-par that we decided to pay more money to stay elsewhere and moved out after 2 nights. Not only could we hear the front desk women chattering and laughing loudly throughout the mornings, we could hear the vacuum banging around in the foyer. Zero soundproofing. Not great for late sleeping in. The tiny (and I mean it, around half a meter x half a meter) showers in the bathrooms were all covered in mould. I requested the keys of the other room (I had already paid for) so that I could have a clean shower. They eventually handed the keys over after my fiance went to fetch them (they did not respond to my message the evening before). Unfortunately room no2's bathroom mould was worse and extractor fan was broken - the room felt grimy and wifi connection even worse than the previous room which was surprising. We decided spend more money on alternate accommodation so not to ruin our trip and moved out early.

Friendly staff who really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They provided excellent advice and information on the surrounding area. Located walking distance to the sites (the Vatican, Castel St Angelo etc, but in a non-tourist area so places to eat nearby were lovely and really reasonably priced.

Excelente estadía! La hospitalidad fue impecable, se nos recibió con muchísimo agrado, las hostess súper atentas y amables, nos guiaron sobre el parqueo, información de la ciudad y todo lo que necesitamos, si duda volvería y recomendaría a familiares y amigos. Es un lugar bien ubicado, caminando llegas al casco histórico y tienes varios servicios en los alrededores como restaurantes, tiendas, bancos, supermercados y todo lo que puedas necesitar. Excelente

Il check-in termina alle 18:00, la necessità di arrivare alle 20:00 è fattibile ma il costo è di 30€ (30% del costo della stanza), francamente molto caro. Un difetto che non mi farà più scegliere questo B&B in futuro. Stanze carine, pulito, colazione normale, cappuccino all’americana, non lo amo molto in Italia.

Great stay in a beautiful, quiet part of Rome

Great stay at Penta Luxury House! Really great area - safe, not touristy, and an easy walk to see tons of what Rome has to offer. Great hosts who will give you lots of recommendations and ideas. Lots of incredible restaurants very close by, including a fantastic pizza place just around the corner! Would highly recommend.

Fantasic apartment in a quiet area of Rome. A*

We had a pleasant stay at Penta Luxury House. Marina and her team were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Upon arrival, we were given a map of Rome, and our host pointed out the best places to see, best ways to get around Rome, and advised us on the best areas for restaurants, shopping, etc. Our room was immaculate and very well presented, which comfortably slept our family of 5 and also contained two bathrooms, so the kids could use one while the adults used the other. One morning, our nine year old was not very well, and our host was accommodating and sympathetic, offering any assistance they could. The apartment is situated in a quiet area of Rome, but there are many restaurants and shopping areas nearby, and a short walk to the Metro and Bus lines with a 30 minute walk into the city centre or 10 minutes by bus/Metro. Overall, we had a very nice stay at Penta Luxury Apartment, and will definitely use again when we visit Rome!

Very gracious, welcoming hosts. Lovely sage building on a quiet street convenient to Vatican. We booked a “2 bedroom” unit and while it did have “2” beautiful bedrooms they didn’t have a door separating them. The art work in the Guest House is fabulous. The hosts are very helpful about suggestions for off-the-beaten path sights to visit in Rome.

Vi besøkte dette koselige hotellet i begynnelsen av juli. Vi ble godt tatt i mot av Marina som brukte god tid til å gi oss en innføring i kartet over Roma, hun fortalte oss hva vi burde se og gjøre under oppholdet vårt. Hun gav oss også flere restaurantanbefalinger. Felles oppholdsrom og hotellrommene fremstår som nyoppusset. Det var grundig rengjøring av rommene hver dag, rett og slett rent og pent. God aircondition i fellesområdet og rommene også, noe som var deilig når det var over 30 varmegrader ute. Det var alltid deilig å komme tilbake til Penta Luxury House etter en lang dag med mye vandring rundt i Roma by. Hver morgen stod vi opp til ferdig frokost, her fant du akkurat hva du trengte, litt utvalg av pålegg, rundstykker, yoghurt, frokostblanding, og noe søtt til kaffen. Vi kom oss til de mest kjente attraksjonen til fots, blant annet Piazza Navona, Spansketrappen, Pantheon og Vatikanet. Det var også mulig å ta metroen som lå bare 5-7 minutters gange unna hotellet. Marina og resten av betjeningen var veldig behjelpelig når vi hadde noen spørsmål angående kollektiv transport og annet.
