Good Overall

Overall we enjoyed staying here. The only problem we had was the Air Conditioner filter was so dirty, we weren’t getting any cool air the first night. Problem was fixed, and we didn’t have any issues the rest of our stay. Shower is very small, may be a tight fit for some. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but better than a lot of hotels I’ve stayed at. The property is in a great location! There is an incredible restaurant right next door, with very friendly staff. Slight misunderstanding regarding the city tax. They originally said they would just use the card on file for it, however, booking through Hotels.com, our card information was not available to them. The matter wasn’t addressed until we had left the country. Would definitely go back to Mrs Julie Guesthouse. Very friendly staff.

Great location

We were able to check in a little early which was great. The location is phenomenal as you are within walking distance of a number of Rome’s must see sights. Breakfast was not on site but about a five minute walk away. For some this might not be ideal but we didn’t mind. Some people have complained that the breakfast was not to their liking but as they say; when in Rome, do as the Romans. As for negatives, our fridge was not working, and our shower was missing one of it’s doors. But we still enjoyed our stay and would go back.
