This place is adorable!

It was exactly what an American wants from an economical room in Rome. The location was perfect. Close to everything! The room was absolutely charming with a window that opened to the street. The size was adequate and the antique furnishings were perfect. The woman who took care of the rooms was incredibly sweet and accommodating. The host was FANTASTIC and helped us in many ways during our visit. You should stay here!

This place is a gem. The host was super pleasant and accommodating in every way. It’s big, with ac and heating, even a mini fridge. Very modern amenities but still kept the traditional look which was amazing for us. It’s located close to many of the restaurants as well as walking distance from all the major attractions. Would definitely recommend staying here and I hope to stay here again on my next visit. Only downside was no full body mirror but that’s very minor. This place is a full 20/10 rating 👌

This spot is in a great location. Very close to many of the main attractions in Rome. Laura, the host, was very communicative and helpful. Bed wasn’t the comfiest but got the job done. The lift was not working, not a super tough climb up the stairs but not ideal. The stairwell is also very dark at night. Checkout is listed as 10:30 but we came back at 10 and there were already cleaners in our room and had left our bags out in the hall…

Location was perfect, bars and restaurants on your doorstep and about 5-10 minute walk from the colosseum and Roman forum. The room was clean and tidy. What more could you want?! Would deffo recommend to anyone wanting to visit Rome.

Nice place to stay at, center of everything

there was a slight confusion at first but it was quickly resolved due to the fast response time of the owner/owner’s sister which they were able to give a brief but thorough rundown of the hotel. it was in the center of EVERYTHING which was amazing. beds could be more comfortable & going up/down the stairs at night may be a little bit creepy but otherwise nice place!

This place could use an update, the bathroom is falling apart missing knobs in the shower. The matress is terrible, we had extra pillows and bedding in the closet, but it no actual linen for them.

En general, las condiciones de la propiedad fueron malas y no tiene nada que ver con lo q se ofreció en el portal. En la puerta de entrada al departamento 4 las condiciones de la chapa estaba en malas condiciones, la puerta de entrada al cuarto 3 caída, el aire acondicionado tenia filtración de agua q caía hacia el marco de la puerta, humedad en la pard donde esta el aire acondicionado. El sillon roto, las mesas de noche maltratadas. El techo de madera descarapelandose, sin mantenimiento. Pido un rembolso por no entregar una habitación segun lo ofrecido.

The location of the property was marvelous. However, this is not a hotel, it is an Airbnb masquerading as such. There is no on site staff and their check in and check out process is exactly like an Airbnb, without the well thought out step by step process that is always provided before booking. I have never had such a bad customer service experience in the over 10 years I've been using Expedia. I do not think this property upholds the kind of consistent and quaity customer service I've come to expect from Expedia. Disappointed and rather stressful. Ontop of all that, the bed was atrociously uncomfortable. An old spring mattress that is probably over 25 years old.

Visit like you live in Rome

If you want to stay in Rome near the Colosseum and feel like you live there this is a great experience. An apartment/hotel. Check-in seemed odd at first because the name does not appear on the exterior. Quickly though we were greeted by Martina who was very friendly and quite helpful. Only negative, no elevator. Quiet and private despite location.

Nice set up. Bath needed place to set up toiletries. Elevator was not accessible 2 flights up. No signage outside door. Had to call attendant to tell her I had arrived so came within minutes. Housekeeping was good
