The staff was very welcoming through WhatsApp and in person. Communication was efficient. The hotel is well-located as it was within walking distance to many attractions. The hotel itself was also very quiet. I was able to sleep very well.

A great place to stay! Very central to most of the sites and easy to access transport links from. Staff were very clear in their communication and very helpful. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend as a base for a short city break!

Muhammad Ali, best host ever!kv

My wife and I had a great experience mostly due to the host Muhammad Ali. Ali met us at the location and made sure all our needs were met. Ali provided us with maps, sight seeing info and transportation advice for navigating trough busy Rome. Ali even went as far as taking the train with us on our last day on his own time to make certain we didn't get lost and miss our flight. Because of Ali and the great central location I will recommend The Magenta collection to anyone!!! Thanks again Ali.

The Manager had great response time and detailed instructions. An outside picture would be helpful to locate the door since there's no outside sign. The bed was comfortable and bathroom clean! A full kitchen is available for everyone's use and was clean. It is walkable to trevi falls and the Vatican. Of course we stop along the way for food and staring at the buildings. Bus stops are out the door and to the right. The 70 bus gets you close to the building from the train station termini but you need to walk a bit through streets with your luggage. The 492 takes to back to the termini. The pick up location is to the right out of the building. Beware, Train tickets from Termini can only be purchased with euros or a credit card with a pin!

The place is very well located. It was such a pleasant experience in a last minute booking. The room was cleaned everyday by Jenny who was so lovely. I want to mention our host Muhammed Ali who provided 24/7 support via Whatsapp and was so helpful and attentive. I felt very safe in the location and well looked after. The kitchen always had coffee and some biscuits for us to take before a long day of sightseeing. We were able to leave our luggage before our flight which was very convenient. The location is near the river which is a nice walk and has restaurants steps away. Muhammed gave us a list of places to go including some hidden gems in the city. I would recomend to anyone to stay there. Thank you so much Muhammed and Jenny.

Tired place that was quiet noisy from neighbours. Also watch out for extras the want to charge for taxi that is not a proper company. Also asking for cash to avoid taxes. Overall “doggy” ambience

Ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen, gemütliches Zimmer, völlig ausreichend für die drei Tage, die wir hier verbracht haben. Ein paar Schwierigkeiten beim Check In gehabt, Tipp: wirklich mindestens 24h vorher informieren und den Code direkt anfordern!

Chambre jolie mais manque de finitions. Point positif le frigo est tous les jours réapprovisionné en boissons fraîches. La salle de bain est petite mais fonctionnelle, vétuste, ce qui contraste avec la chambre. Pas d’eau chaude et pas de pression !!! Malgré la réclamation faite à la réception. Une horreur. Obligé d’aller prendre un petit déjeuner dans un bar ou restaurant différent car aucun petit déjeuner de servi. Il y’a une salle avec juste une cafetière. Cela n’est pas digne de chambre d’hôte. Très bonne situation géographique par contre, rien à dire à ce niveau là.
