The check in instructions were very confusing. I received 4 PDFs in Italian that had broken links in them and were difficult to translate on my phone. I attempted to reach out on WhatsApp to set up a check in time as the instructions said but I didn’t receive a response so then I had to message through Expedia. They confirmed the time and then weren’t there at that time. After I’d checked in I then received a very detailed message (in three different languages) that gave check in instructions which would’ve been amazing to receive when I first booked as it was a very clear message and I don’t know why it took them so long to send it or why it was sent after I’d already checked in. Otherwise the room was pretty standard for amenities, it was a close walk to a lot of restaurants and a nice area to stay in overall.

Arredamento curato in ogni particolare e tutto molto nuovo. Alti livelli di pulizia e molto silenzioso. Consigliato!

Ideal location for Vatican

Position of the apartment is great, but the check-in is a nightmare, the decor is tacky at best and the shower gas no pressure. There was decorating and painting in the building while we were there and that meant walking through dust and paint...but the worst is the elevator...squeezing 2 people in it's almost impossible...

Such a great stay and a great location! The rooms are so cool. Use the luggage elevator and it will make your life so much easier. Be aware it is 3 flights of stairs so if you’re unable to climb that maybe look for another place! But id stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great host and staff !

Great location and so close to the Metro station. Cleaning staff were just great and my room was always in top shape at the end of my busy days in Roma. 2 very small complaints: I had trouble with WiFi on my phone in my room and the common area of the 5 flats at Impero, projected noise into my room through the door to the flat. I was there for 5 days with no vehicle and I would stay again. Good luck, if you need parking for a vehicle.
