Le personnel est très serviable et à l'écoute, l'hôtel et la chambre sont propres, il faut juste penser équiper la chambre par d'autres utilités , comme fer à repasser, machine à café, brouillard et l'eau.
Our family of four enjoyed our stay at House Quattro Mori, convenient location, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. William was super helpful, gave us a lot of useful tips and suggestions. Highly recommend!
Good price for the location, easy to walk to some key attractions and from the train. Very useful staff as well!

Disappointing experience
This was a pretty bad experience. Their front office is open from 8am to 2pm and if you arrive after 2 pm there’s no instructions on how to check in. They were not answering the phone so it was until very last minute that we got some instructions to get into the space. They send me whatapp message with the instructions and the message said that the breakfast was included but when I checked out they actually charged me for yhe breakfast saying that it wasn’t included. In the room things were pretty flimsy and looked like they were just there for looks not actual working order. In general not a good experience
I'd give a 0 if I could. Bed bug casings in the mattress and on the sheets, leaking bidet onto bathroom floor, smell of mold and mildew, tv not working. All reported to travel agency. Most disappointing is the lack of communication after I shared concerns. No one responded, not once and no one was at the facility after 2 pm. Do not stay here under any circumstances.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The location is excellent because it is located very close to the central station. It is was very easy to access the metro.
The person waited for me to check in and he was easy to connect with if we needed something which I appreciated especially because I had my kids with me.
The breakfast could have more options but was ok. Overall, it was a good experience!
otelin konumu ulaşım açısından güzel bina eski olsada bakımlı ancak oda kliması eski olduğu için gürültülü çalışıyordu. otel çalışanları güleryüzlü ve yardımseverler
Our first night we were given an extremely small room and were told it was because we had booked through Expedia. We were upgraded to a bigger room for the second night.
Close to town city. Room was small but thats all what we needed. Cleaned every day. Hotel was clean and staff very professional and helpful. Excellent customer service from William-very helpful as showed us what to do around. Breakfast was great too. I would recommend this hotel :)!
The hotel is in a old building but it is lovely. Only minor issue was that our room was right by one of the entrances which meant it was a little noisy when people came and went.
