Comfortable stay in a quiet, well-located apart-hotel This is a great little apart-hotel. The room was very comfortable, the shower worked well, and everything provided — from toiletries to amenities — was high quality. The air conditioning was also excellent, which made a big difference during our stay. The location is very convenient for walking to places like Piazza di Spagna, the Vatican, and Castel Sant’Angelo. It’s set in more of a residential neighborhood, so it felt calm and not overly touristy — which we really appreciated. The highlight for us was how quiet and dark the room was at night — perfect for a good night’s sleep. We’d happily stay here again.

The owner was amazing. He had a system of pdfs that had maps with links to everything you'd need including restaurants (some he has a partnership with and you get a discount), ferry, hiking, and other points of interest. He is also able to give you a discount code to the train and hiking pass. His dog, Blue, was also the cutest dog!

I had a wonderful stay at this charming B&B in Rome! We stayed for 2 nights, and everything was exceptional. The room was spotlessly clean, and it was clear that everything was brand new. A lovely touch was the delicious Bonamelli fruit tea provided, along with two bottles of water – perfect for refreshing after a day of sightseeing. The room also had a hair dryer and a steamer, which was very convenient for freshening up clothes. The daily cleaning service was much appreciated, and the staff was helpful. They even offered to store our luggage while we walked around the city, making it easy to explore without any heavy bags. The location is ideal, just a short walk from both the metro station and the Vatican, making it very convenient for getting around the city. Overall, this B&B provided a comfortable and pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay again!
