We were only there for less than 24-hours but the place exceeded my expectations for the proximity to the train station. Room was clean and big. They left early plugs because of the tram which wasn’t as noisy as you would think. All in all we had a great night and made our train which was the goal.

We had a wonderful stay. Great location. Shared kitchen was very useful. Clean, quiet despite the trams. Slept well and I am not a good sleeper! We were able to walk to all the sights we wanted to see. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Hosts were very attentive and responsive. Highly recommend it.

Estaba todo bien o bastante bien. Lo inaceptable es que se presenten cono hotel con ascensor y NO FUNCIONA. Son 2 pisos por escalera. Tienen que ser honestos con kos huéspedes y dejar en claro q se accede solo mediante escalera.

Everything was very close. Traveled with friends and Had 2 rooms. Though we purchased a 48 hour train/bus pass for Rome, it was not needed. So much of Rome Center close enough to walk! Very nice stay. Trains DO NOT run late at night and when windows are closed sound is minimal. No ear plugs needed… although they provide them for you! So pleased with our stay! Highly recommend! Loved coffee machine!

This is a ni frills hotel in a neighborhood close to the main train station . It's close where the tour busses leave from also. There's all kinds of food nearby so I found it provided everything I needed at a reasonable price.

Tolle Lage, da man von Roma Termini aus alle Fortbewegungsmöglichkeiten hat; sehr gute Lokale in der direkten Umgebung (zB Sfizio, Cicioardone Monte Caruso); etwas laut wegen der Straßenbahn, aber das war alles vorher bekannt und wir haben trotzdem gebucht und sicher nichts bereut ;)))

Great place to stay, staff is very nice and it was very clean. We were on our honeymoon and they had a special display of champagne and rose petals on the bed for us. Slight noise from the street car at night but they provided ear plugs if needed.

The staff were welcoming and helpful, very clean . I enjoyed the lively sounds in the area personally as this added to the atmosphere however, this may not be to everyone's taste. Perfect place to access all areas of Rome and airport easily, also if meeting up with other members of a large family you could each have separate room and share the dining and balcony areas together . I really enjoyed my stay.

Alessandro and staff were super friendly and helpful. Facilities (kitchen, etc) were fully equipped with all needed amenities. The place was spotless and tastefully decorated. Location is ideal (within very few minutes to train station, city tour buses, restaurants, tourist sites...). All around a fantastic option to conveniently tour Rome.

We had a great stay. It was very close to the train station which made it convenient to access the metro or the airport. There are plenty of options for food and shopping. While they tell you it is on a street with street cars we barely noticed them. Check in and out were a breeze when you follow the directions they email you. Would definitely stay here again.
