Great place to stay with only a 15/20 min walk to get to the trevi! Also, Villa Borghese is right behind the hotel! It’s convenient too with the access to the property being on your phone. Overall a great place to stay.

Would 100% recommend this property. Set in a historic building a short walk from the bus and metro stops to get anywhere in Rome. Room was cleaned daily and to a very high standard.

This property was amazing ……. The room was very clean and had all the amenities you would need. We had a couple of issues with the safe and TV not working but they were sorted out immediately. The WhatsApp group chat worked well. Would definitely stay here again when visiting again.

This property was a beautiful surprise after a full day in the city. The location was quiet, clean and located in a central part of the city close to sites. We absolutely loved it! Only negative, as previously mentioned by other reviewers, the water for the shower and the bath was luke warm.

Our room at the guest house was really beautiful, spacious and comfortable. It was lovely and clean, outside was a little noisy but it was quiet enough at night to get to sleep. There were a couple of good restaurants around the corner, which were lovely fir breakfast and dinner. Most places were walkable like the Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps. We took the bus for the further away attractions, which was very easy. We has some issues with the internet. It was fine outside the building but we could only get reception in the toilet area of our room, which was a bit of a bother. The guest house staff were very responsive on WhatsApp and all our needs were met promptly. We had an amazing stay in Rome.

Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt zur Erkundung der Stadt. Per Bus ist sie sehr gut angebunden und auch die U-Bahn, die Spanische Treppe und der Trevi-Brunnen sind fußläufig problemlos zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, da die Zimmer modern, funktionell und hochwertig ausgestattet sind. Die Gegend rund um die Via Abruzzi ist ruhig, gepflegt und etwas abseits der Menschenmassen, die sich im Zentrum tummeln. Dies empfanden wir als absoluten Pluspunkt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal per WhatsApp war unkompliziert und funktionierte perfekt, genauso wie der Check in, der Zugang zur Unterkunft per Handy und der organisierte Transfer vom und zum Flughafen. In der Nähe war ein kleiner Supermarkt und die Pizzeria gegenüber ist absolut zu empfehlen. Dort kann man auch frühstücken oder etwas zum Frühstücken kaufen, um in der Unterkunft zu essen. Wenn wir uns entscheiden noch einmal nach Rom zu reisen, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Great place - with some flaws. Great area with lots of restaurants and breakfast cafes nearby. Just a 20 min walk to Trevi fountain. Big modernized room. Good bed, good cleaning. Shared Kitchen area where you can make meals and tea/coffee . No reception though onsite. All contact went via phone/email, but all personel were very friendly and helpful. Some smaller issues with the room during the stay that was sorted out mostly. Biggest drawback: There are 4 different locks to the building and the room which are all digital and this system did have some flaws that can cause concerns. I.e. on the day of departure the gate to the street did not open/work, with no one onsite to fix this. Not great when you are leaving for the airport.
