The first thing was it was a room with no window and I’m pretty sure that’s against Code. There was another room across the hall that people were yelling and partying all night and we didn’t get any sleep. There really was no staff. We called someone on the phone and got codes to get in. This is not a hotel. There was scented products all over the room and as someone who reacts to scented products I think they should check that out first. We called the cab for an airport so I’m not sure what this airport shuttle is.

Came to Rome with the expectation of staying in a nice apartment 15-25 minutes walking distance to most popular attractions and air conditioned room to beat the heat, left at 3:30 AM the last day to sleep at the airport. Pretty DISAPPOINTING to be exact. First night after checking in AC wasnt working strong enough perhaps because the room was heating up since someone has moved out. By the second night the electricity went out from 5:30 pm until God knows when by the time we came back at midnight. Elevator and shower as a result of that also did NOT work. This is on the 6th floor so basically we had to climb back and forth. Couldnt get into the room until 8 pm because noone was there to manage the building, missed dinner reservation schedule and lost my deposit. Then shower has no heat, hot water did not work with freezing cold temperature at midnight after sweating all day. All fruits and take away foods went bad being inside the fridge with no cold air all day. Next day came back around 6 pm no electricity again. No key to enter the main hall way door because there is a security system using codes. By 6:45 pm electricity came back, no hot water completely freezing water again. As soon as we texted about this the freezing cold water was fixed. Electricity got cut off again. No water left from tap/faucet. Cant even use the bathroom to pee or number 2 because toilet doesnt flush. waited on the streets until 3:30 am we left to sleep at the airport. Felt scammed
