We had a good experience staying at BQ HOUSE COLOSSEUM. The room was clean and the location was great, very close to so many attractions, restaurants and the train station. The person who greeted us was very helpful and friendly. I loved the free bottled water they offered and all the toiletries they provided for us (tooth brushing and shaving kits, just to name a few). We had a small refrigerator in our room, which was a life saver. The air-conditioning worked well enough.

This has honestly been the worst stay we have ever experienced. I don’t usually write reviews either but this time I had to. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the place had not been properly cleaned after the previous guests. Everything felt dirty and unprepared for our arrival, the sheets (with blood), the shower, the bathroom, and even the cups (with coffee). The coffee machine was dirty and not mantained, there were a lot of used capsules and the water tank was not clean. The overall cleanliness was extremely disappointing, and we immediately felt uncomfortable. We were told that someone from the cleaning staff would come every day, but based on our experience, it honestly felt like the only thing they did was make the bed. The rest of the apartment never felt properly cleaned or maintained throughout our stay. We contacted the owner about the situation, but the only response we received was that they would let the cleaning person know. There was no real solution or follow-up, and we were left feeling like our concerns were not properly addressed. We spent the entire stay with the impression that the apartment had not been properly cleaned, which significantly affected our comfort and overall experience. On top of that, the stay is extremely overpriced for what it actually offers. It simply does not feel worth the price, and the place does not look nearly as nice in person as it does in the photos. The photos create expectations that the actual property do

Ein kleines Gästehaus, wirklich hochwertig eingerichtet. Frühstück gibt es mit Gutscheinen an der anderen Straßenseite - auch toll und landestypisch. Bei der Anreise wurden wir empfangen - man musste sich vorab per SMS ankündigen. Hat bestens funktioniert. Das Eingangstor zur Unterkunft sieht unscheinbar aus - das Stiegenhaus ist sehr schön- toller alter Paternoster, uralte Briefkästen, tolle Mosaikböden. Wir würden immer wieder dort buchen.
