This hotel is great, and the staff is very attentive. The only issue was the A/C didn't work but other than that all good.

Location was convenient. The hotel was resently renovated and modern. However room floor was dusty despite of daily cleaning. Towels were not changed even when left on the bathroom floor. Late check in fee after 6 pm. was unreasonable.

Handy Micro Hotel near Roma Termini

Incredibly difficult and cumbersome late check-in procedure. Had to download and communicate with WhatsApp in order to even check in. Room is fine and reasonably sized, but no breakfast is offered.

It was great for us. We loved the area and everything was clean. We didn't realize it is more of a VRBO, not a traditional hotel, but that didn't bother us during our check-in or stay. I was able to message the owner and they helped with all our travel questions and gave great recommendations.

No hot water in the shower for all three days, have to complain with the staff everyday. The place is ok, but not been able to shower when arrive from the all day walking and at morning was terrible. I hope they fix it.
