The resort has a great atmosphere and is a perfect place to unwind after exploring Banff and the surrounding mountains. Everything was clean, quiet, and very convenient. Overall, we had a great experience and truly enjoyed our stay. "There was nothing in our room to cause me to think it was not clean. Occasionally, there are hints or remnants of previous guests in hotel rooms. There was nothing noticeable in this room. The grounds were well-kept, though j noticed that trash cans at the bistro were overflowing a bit by 8 am on Saturday morning."
