「It was an okay hotel but nothing worth the $500/night price tag after taxes. For that price, i expected so much more than what we got. This level of room was equivalent to a $150/night econo lodge. I splurged because I wanted a special treat for my daughters to have a girls getaway. The room and hallways smelled like cleaning solution, and everything was just… meh. Nothing to give off a $500 room vibe. Save your money, stay at a cheaper $$ hotel, and take your savings to go spend on the fun...

Gatlinburg

「The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.」

「The best thing about my stay was the helpful staff and a cheap place to get a good nights sleep. The room never cooled down even with the AC running at full power all night, and the room smelled wet/moldy. The bathroom had actual mold and the toilet was not secured to the wall. There were very few places to plug things in. The elevator and ice machine were not functional. Breakfast was minimal.」
