"The hotel is approximately 1.5 miles outside Durango centre which is easily walkable on the river path. The hotel is clean and well kept. Staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were comfortable and well equipped. We had a king room and there was lots of room for luggage etc. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had hot and cold items with enough choice for most tastes. The afternoon popcorn and cookies was a nice addition. Would definitely recommend staying here to enjoy Durango and the surrounding area. "

Although it is not super fancy and the property could use some love our stay was perfect and the room was clean. I love that this hotel was located less than a mile from the fair grounds and close to places to eat. Our stay was safe and free of any disturbances from other guests, it was also quiet. I would definitley stay her again "
