「The room was very clean and they had a nice bar area. It was a little pricey but nice overall.」

「Being adjacent to Spokane Falls was outstanding! Or view was amazing. We had a balcony and sat on it, had a brewski and, at bedtime, kept the slider open and listened to the waterfall and watched the Pavillion lights dance. Highly recommended !」

「Staff were super helpful & responsive. They had popcorn, cookies, & hand wipes which we appreciated. They ‘stamped’ the toilet paper an emblem & arranged the pillows & shower curtain in a fancy way that helped make the experience feel special.」

「The “King Parlour” room on the 3rd floor and the communal lounge on the 2nd floor were exceptionally clean and spacious. The walls are surprisingly thin: we heard the phone conversations and blaring TV (all night!) from the adjacent room. Perhaps a strategically placed armoire could muffle the sound? Being located in the city center comes with the Pros of a walkable location and the Cons of drug users nearby. Overall a positive stay and we’d consider staying here again. 」
