"The customer service was impeccable. The room was clean however the smell of the room wasn't so pleasant, smelled like wet mop. Location is convenient to all your shopping and eatery facilities. It was very quick and the outside was very maintained"

It had mold, mildew, and all whatever complained about it and no one done anything. unfortunately, I had to rebook the room that’s when they put me in a different room. TV no telephone or air-conditioning work in either rooms.. on top of all that someone stole my tennis shoes, white Reebok"

"Never even got to stay there. The customer service representative called me 30 minutes before checking in to the hotel to let me know they double booked and the only accommodation they could give me was sending me to their other location which was called in town suites on Bell Road. Motel is horrible with very little amenities. The smell of weed still lingers in my nostrils. I believe one gentleman runs a service repair shop out of the parking lot. I do not recommend staying with this company just spend the extra money and stay at a namebrand hotel."
