「The hotel was very clean. Loved the staff」

「This is a newer building and it was clean. The rooms were smaller than most hotels in this price range. The breakfast was light. Eggs, potatoes and a meat. Cereal, fruit and yogurt but no waffles. Coffee and tea is offered 24-7 but there is no coffee pot in the room. In the future I will probably stay at a different location.」

「I thought sleep inns were a fairly nice hotel. This one was incredibly outdated and the bathroom gave me the ick. I coudve stayed somewhere much nicer for the same price. Won't stay here again. 」

「Kayla was awesome. So sweet and helped us check in. Breakfast was amazing best breakfast bar I have had ever! The gentleman at the desk at checkout was super nice too. I would definitely stay again.」

「I visited with my father who is a double amputee. We stayed in separate rooms because he lives by himself. He stayed in a handicapped room. No handicapped rooms are on the first floor. If there was a fire, how would he get down the stairs when the sign on the back of the door says “in case of fire, use the stairs.” Also the doors were so heavy he could barely get in and out of his room by himself. Next time we go to Nashville we will find a more handicapped accessible hotel.」

「We had a lovely stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Smyrna. The only issue we had was with the pool. One of the reasons we stayed at the property was to give our grand-kids a place to swim in the evenings, however the hot tub was being repaired and the pool water was too cold for little ones to swim in. Staff indicated the water temp was due to work being done on the Hot tub.」

「Hate to leave low reviews but also gotta keep it real. This hotel is looooong due for renovations and upgrades. It feels basic and looks old....Definitely not keeping up with the times/ all the newer hotels that are popping up. The furniture is old, the carpet is dark, old and ripping in some places. The bed skirts were not the rt size...dragging the floor, stain on the duvet, water pressure in the shower meh. The TV was nice size but limited channels and did not offer "smart" options to hook to...

「Staff was very nice it’s a decent place to stay if you’re looking for a cheap hotel but the room wasn’t clean at all, sheets/blankets and towels all had stains and burn holes. Mirrors were disgusting and floors weren’t even swept I wouldn’t stay here again.」
