Hilton Garden Inn Rochester Downtown, MN
No free continental breakfast, but the area shuttle and fruit-infused water were great. Property would benefit by having coffee out all day instead of just during the morning.

Kahler Grand Hotel
Overall, I had a good experience. That being said, I stayed in two different rooms. The first room was in the newer part of the building and it was so cold. No heat came out of the vents. I was miserable. The second night I stayed in the older part, it was fantastic.
