Room was on 8 th floor #828 No pressure for water in sink or shower. Carpet worn bare dirty. Hair on sheets and pubic hair on toilet seat. Beds mattress lumpy and uncomfortable. Pillows not soft hotel pillows and pillow cases soiled and looked used as did sheets. I had surgery and could not leave ...

Hotel Indigo Rochester – Mayo Clinic Area by IHG
The room was very nice-bed and pillows were comfortable. Really loved the access to the Skywalk, this was a large feature for us and one that will influence our decision to stay there again in the future!

Brentwood Inn & Suites
If you have rooms w toilets more 18” off the floor we’d stay there again. but those toilets aren’t good, especially for an older clientele
