It was very close to the top Rocamadour. made for an easy start to the day. Also we enjoyed the evening walks, well lit.

Great hotel
Highly recommended this hotel. Location was great with lots of free parking. Reception staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful as were all the staff. Swimming pool was fantastic. Breakfast was great - not cheap - but lots of variety and good quality. A really enjoyable break.

Right next to Roxamadour Castle
The hotel is right next to Rocamadour castle, so it’s an absolutely perfect location, none better, to just walk to the towers on the top. A bit dated and smallish rooms, but good overall

Lovely stay
The hotel was clean and although there was a bit of a language barrier, staff were friendly. We had breakfast which was lovely. The scenery was beautiful and you are just a short walk away from the town.

Beautiful location, very nice restaurant close by. Access to the old town is a bit difficult, if you don’t have a car.

Very tired hotel. No restaurant in hotel. No coffee team making facilities in room. No water. Phone didn't work. Nearby restaurants not open till evening.

Great hotel in a beautiful location
How this hotel is only rated 3 star is beyond me. It's in a stunning and peaceful area, looks great inside and out, the staff always went out of their way to help us, the restaurant served great food, the room was very clean and spacious for the two of us and the swimming pool was the icing on the cake. We were easily in walking distance of the breathtaking village at the bottom of the cliff as well. Rocamadour is a must place to visit and was one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited. Would defiantly go back again and defiantly stay at the same hotel

Great hotel and nice pool
Nicely decorated hotel and rooms with nice grounds and pool. Our room had a balcony and that is a nice plus to have. There is also a large outdoor area with chairs and tables and bar service.

The Hotel is situated in a very beautiful scenic area. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The optional evening meal at their restaurant was excellent, and very good value for money. Will try and stay again during the summer months.

Don't miss this.
A one night stop on the journey home from further south. I think "Rocamadour Hopital" in the satnav might have avoided driving through the narrow congested streets of the lower part of the town. We enjoyed a very pleasant stay and the evening meal at the hotel's restaurant is to be recommended. We found the reception (I suspect the proprietor), very helpful and friendly, and with English considerably better than my French! The hotel has an excellent location close to the chateau which is well worth a visit, and very handy for the lift service down to the main town.

Originally booked for 2 nights but had to check out after 1st night because wehad to change our plans, hotel was ok with this. On reflection this was a saving grace as there is little or nothing to do in the immediate area after 7pm as the local bar closes! Hotel ok but not worth nearly 100 euros per night plus breakfast more like 60-70 euros max. Gardens untidy and grass not cut with rusty furniture dotted about nice pool but scruffy surroundings the whole place looks like it needs money spending on it. Lady on reception very helpful though.

Nice hotel at the top of the village
Booked this hotel thinking it was in the village. Turned out it's at the top but there's an elevator taking you down to both the chapel and old town . Or you can walk the many steps. The pool was a nice plus. It's close the the chateau which is nice for the view. There's a restaurant ($$) and more simple place for snacks nearby. We had a quick breakfast there for little money. The hotel and rooms themselves are oldish but adequate if you want to stay close to the village.

Séjour agréable dans cet établissement. Dommage que nous avons eu une chambre PMR. Pour la demi-pension, suggestions : diversifier les amuse-bouche (nous avons eu chaque soir des gougères) + le même menu tous les soirs avec choix mais tous les plats ne sont pas toujours au goût de la même personne. Petit déjeuner très moyen.

Quelques jours dans le Lot. Visite de Rocamadour. Site d'exception. Malgré un temps maussade, la soirée s'est terminée par un très bon repas au restaurant du château. A conseiller.

Idéalement situé
Endroit idéalement situé pour visiter Rocamadour et ses environs. Très grand parking qui permet de laisser le véhicule et de visiter le village tranquillement. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Bon accueil. Une adresse à retenir.

Mis à part l’accueil et le personnel charmant, Hôtel est globalement mal entretenu et vieillissant. La literie aurait besoin d’être sérieusement renouvelée. Les parasols en période de canicule sont pour la plupart cassés et le petit déjeuner ne casse vraiment pas 3 pâtes à un canard ! Bref, cette hôtel ne mérite pas ces trois-étoiles.

Une déception à l arrivée où nous avons du attendre 3h pour avoir notre chambre qui ne correspondait pas à nôtre réservation. Deux lits simples au lieu d un lit double. Chambre plus petite que prévue. Cependant dès le lendemain matin le personnel tres professionnel a su résoudre le problème et nous avons pu avoir notre réservation. De plus un geste commercial a été fait pour s excuser du désagrément. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Hôtel confortable et propre. Piscine tres agréable. Emplacement idéal pour visiter rocamadour.

L’hôtel est vieillissant, pas vraiment ce qu’on attend d’un hôtel 3 étoiles. Idem pour la piscine Il est bien situé haut de rocamadour, ce qui permet de laisser la voiture gratuitement sur le parking de l’hôtel et de partir se promener à pied.
