「Check-in went really good. Butbwhen we got to the room. It was nasty towls had stains on them same with the bedding. 」

「This is so rundown, no housekeeping, no actual towels for showers, refrigerator in room didn't work nor did the elevator 」

I was very impressed with the staff and I told the general manager so. We would definitely consider staying there again if we will return to Peoria.」

「This is our third stay here. We work alot in this area alot.. We love it here its not in a congested spot very quiet and out of the way a bit ,but still have direct access to the highway. Always friendly service, hot showers, and comfortable beds. Everything seems to be new. I think they went through renovations. We will be coming back! Never have had an issue here. 」

「The room was small, they didn't give me the type of room that I reserved, parking was OK. The room was reasonably clean, but there was some damage that had received shoddy repairs. At 10:00pm, and manager was in the hall chewing out a staff member loudly, threatening to fire her. 」

「The room was in great condition and the staff were super courteous. My two main problems were that the electronic lock was dead upon arrival and someone had to come fix it the next day. Once it was fixed, they didnt put it to the origional code, so I got locked out of the apartment when I went downstairs. The second problem that was nexer fixed was the hot water. For such a cold week in Illinois, I had hoped that the water would be hot enough to chase away the cold, but alas, it was not. I...

「We were desperate and traveling with small children so we had to stay one night at this hotel. It took going through four different rooms before one was somewhat acceptable. There were stains on the matress and bedding, bugs in the room, no shower curtain in one room we went through, food and garbage on the floor. The tile in the bathroom was dirty. This hotel deserves to be turned into the local health department. 」
