「Had a wonderful stay at the Riu Vallarta, brought our 3 year old son along and the staff was so great and attentive to him , his favorite part was the new towel animals that our cleaners made for him everyday. We absolutely loved the scenery and all the palms . Was well taken care of. Will definitely be back again soon !」

「Love the casual vibe at the Occidental. Not too big, lovely walkable/swimmable beach, very clean, pleasant staff. One complaint - if the rule is towels on unoccupied chairs to be removed after one hour, why is this not enforced? It’s a big problem at the pool, not so much on the beach. 」
