「Staff worked very hard to accommodate us - especially the restaurant staff. Hotel was very clean but very busy. Hotel was fully booked. Pool water was nice. However, the beaches were littered with Horse poop. While the beaches are not the property of the hotel, I think the Hotel could exert more pressure on the people giving horse rides to clean up their mess. Not sure how this affects the ocean water quality.」

「We fell in love! This is our first time with the Grand Velas brand. We normally stay with the impressions side of secrets but I’m glad we decided to try this resort. It has literally ruined it for us and we can’t see ourselves going to another brand. The service, food and cleanliness is at a meticulous level. We went for 6 days 4 nights.
