「We had such a great stay from February 2nd to February 8th. Our room was spotless and exactly as pictured. Spacious, beautiful, and with amazing views. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and housekeeping kept everything immaculate each day. Our butler, Fernando, and the GM, Cesar, were truly exceptional. If you are looking for peace, privacy, decent à la carte food (no buffet), and wonderful, attentive staff, then this hotel is definitely for you. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and surrounded by lush greenery. You literally live in the middle of the jungle — among palm trees, vines, and many interesting animals that do not disturb you at all, so there is no need to be afraid....
