"Had a really great time. We did have a list of things that we found to be a little aggravating. When we arrived, we were giving a “map” but it was difficult to navigate, they didn’t tell us about the app either, I just figured it out. No one also explained the difference between our booking and booking in the artistas building. I also didn’t know that so much was closed on a Sunday but that’s my fault. And the worst part of our trip was the NOISE. Out side our room, at all hours of the early morning staff was so loud and I swear moving furniture around, there’s a cart of glasses and water and it’s LOUD. They also knocked on our door no less than 3 times each morning just asking if we need anything. Other than that it was great! Staff was very nice and friendly and food and drinks were great. Despite what I listed above we’d happily book again"

"We just returned from a week at the Grand Palladium Family Select Riviera Maya. The week was perfection! From the accommodations to the staff to the yummy food and everything else! Check in was a breeze! Our bags were taken upon arrival and brought to our room when it was ready. When we checked in we were offered an upgrade from the garden view junior swim out room to the beach front swim out. What a great upgrade! Out butlers were great! Emmanuel, Don, and Luis were always checking in via WhatsApp to see if there was anything they could do to make our trip better. Day one they were able to make all of our dining reservations for the week. Towards the end of the trip my son got swimmers ear and Don assisted in helping us get prescription ear drops delivered from Play del Carmen. That in itself was beyond and above what I expected. It made the flight home so much better! They even were able to get him and Xbox to play in the room while his ears couldn’t get wet. Since we had a beachfront swim out, the Sandcastle bars wait staff and bartenders would wait on us from our swim out pool! Major shout out to Joel, Leo, Jose and Alfredo! Always so friendly and accommodating! They really helped make our trip perfect! The nest was the perfect spot for breakfast daily. The wait staff were always ready for us and made our mornings great! We will certainly be returning to this location in the future. We were made to feel like family!"

"We travel often to Mexico and I will say this was one of our favorite resorts. The grounds are beautiful, the staff is top notch and the location is perfect. We snorkeled everyday right out front of the hotel and saw so much wildlife. We watched a mother sea turtle lay her eggs on the beach at night and we snorkeled with so many sea turtles. José Mejía the Concierge in Building 4 went above and beyond for us. My bathing suit top blew away from laying out on our patio drying and he went and talked to everyone to find it. The only hiccup was the sargassum sea weed that is floating in during this time on the beach but the staff worked around the clock to get it cleaned up. We will absolutely be back!"

"Lovely property in so many ways. All the staff are awesome, I mean all of them. Alfred and Edwardo were absolute gems upon arrival. Favorites were Spa, Relaxation pool and each of the reservation restaurants. It was relaxing and just what we needed!! Thank you!"
