The bedding was clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained, which made for a pleasant stay overall. However, the main reason I chose this hotel was for the pool, and this aspect was disappointing. For a hotel at this price point, not being able to use the pool significantly reduces its value. The pool was already closed when I checked in around 5–6 PM, and it remained inaccessible the following morning. There was no clear notice or announcement regarding the closure. It would have been appropriate for hotel management or the front desk to post an official notice explaining the situation. Instead, I had to repeatedly try my room key on the access pad, which was confusing and inconvenient. When I asked the front desk for an explanation, the response was vague—they simply mentioned it might be due to maintenance, without providing any clear details or prior notice. Aside from this issue, my stay was very satisfying. However, given that the pool advertisement in the hotel main picturewas a key factor in my booking decision, I believe a partial refund or some form of compensation would be reasonable. "
