"To be honest. The room wasn’t great. Very old fashioned and the bathroom door needed a good paint. Couldn’t turn on the bathroom radiator. Tv was tiny and bed not that comfy. Tiny room and very basic for the cost But great amenities for spa and leisure."

"Comfortable large room with comfy bed. Fantastic service by all the staff. Being greeted by host for breakfast with orange juice and a wonderful array of choices. Concierge was very helpful in getting us a taxi on a couple of occasions and arranging return trips as well. Proximity to Heathrow and Underground fantastic. Beautiful hotel and would be happy to recommend."

"A very poor experience. None of the rooms had working air conditioning, which appeared to be centrally switched off, and despite raising it multiple times, nothing was done. Offering two glasses of wine for 11 people felt completely inadequate. One room (226) was in an unacceptable state — wet bed, hairs in the bathroom, urine on the toilet, dirty surfaces and no bin liners. It was reported at 6:30pm and not partially addressed until after midnight, which is unacceptable. The only gesture offered was a Baileys, which was frankly insulting. Two rooms were next to a delivery bay, and with no air con the windows had to stay open, meaning guests were woken around 4am by deliveries. When I asked to speak to the duty manager the next morning, I was told they refused to come out. We were only offered 30% off two rooms, despite all six being affected. A formal complaint has since received no response at all, and as this appears to be an IHG franchise, there seems to be no accountability from IHG either. Overall, a very disappointing stay well below expected standards."

"No super impressed but it was close to the airport so that was great, If you’re traveling in or out from Heathrow, you can access the hotel from inside the airport through a covered walkway. The customer service at the airport told me I had to walk to it outside but that was so inconvenient, so just find someone that’s competent lol"

"I WAS NOT KEEN ON THE BREAKFAST, I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED AN ONSITE CHEF MAKING A SCRAMBLED EGG OFF THE GRILL. CHECK INN WAS FAST AND I GOT THE FIRST FLOOR FROM NESTER A NICELY DRESSED GENTLEMAN IN A SUIT. BREAKFAST CLERK MADE ME A CUP OF HOT WATER TAKE AWAY. I HAD NOT EATEN THE BREAKFLAST I PAID FOR NOT APPEALING TO SIT AND DID NOT LOOK DELICIOUS, I WAS VERY UNSATIFIED WITH THE TOILET IN MY ROOM . THERE WAS A STRON G SEWER SCENT COMING FROM ROOM 1054 AND I THINK THE VENT WAS BROKEN. I LIKE DTHE BEDROOM SECTION. I HAD TO CLOSE THE BATHROOM DOOR TO SLEEP FROM THAT AWFUL SCENT FROM THE BATHROOM REALLY UPSETTING IN MY ROOM. I ARRIVED LATE LIKE 6 .30 PM AND DUE TO THE DELAYED SUITCASE I LEFT THE HOTEL AROUND 8AM AND I BARELY SPENT THE FULL HOTEL STAY UNFORTUNATELY. ANYWAY , I DID ENJOY THE TV SHOWS BBC DOCUMENTARY .ATTENBOROUGH ETC. "

"Unfortunately i can't give a n honest opinion of the Hampton Suites, as there was a problem with my booking. I'm not sure if it was Expedia's fault, or that of the property's, but when i arrived to collect the keys from the nearby Crowne Plaza as instructed, i was told that the property was undergoing maintenance and i should not have been allowed to book it in the first place(i had booked it two months prior). This was particularly frustrating as i have sent an email only days before my arrival to ensure everything was in order and to confirm that there were 5 of us staying. The person on the hotel reception was helpful and to be honest put in a very awkward situation. We were offered accommodation within the hotel itself, but after approx. 2 hours of back and forth negotiations and changing of rooms, we eventually checked into two bedrooms in the hotel. As there were no spare beds available onsite, my daughter had to sleep on the floor. We were travelling from overseas, so this was not an ideal situation, especially as we had been up since 4.30am. This was also part of a birthday trip for my eldest son, so a lot of plans had to change regarding meal arrangements and having my family sitting around most of the evening waiting for the accommodation situation to be resolved was a very disappointing and not to mention infuriating. Top this off with a fine a week later for parking that was supposed to be complimentary - that issue now resolved thankfully."
