I had to wait in reception for 10 minutes before I was seen to. No staff in reception on my return at 7.45pm. In the morning the shower took about 6 mins to warm up. Tv didn’t have any standard channels, just yesterday, shopping and a few others. No one in reception when I left at 10.30am. Otherwise, it was a mediocre stay.

Great location, right by the river. Quiet but rooms are surrounded by a car park that tends to restrict privacy on the ground floor rooms. That aside pleasant enough experience. Breakfast was nice, well presented and good value for money.

The breakfast is lovely, the hot water in the shower takes a long time to come through but overall it’s a nice place to stay situated next to the river.

We had two hit but very enjoyable nights stay in July 2026. The hotel is a bit quirky but it has a lot of old English charm and the outside areas overlooking the Thames are lovely. We will stay again.

The hotel is in a gorgeous setting Plenty of car parking Speedy check in Breakfast good but expensive for you get We stayed in a room with a balcony but didn't realise the balcony was shared with 3 other rooms, Our bathroom blind most certainly needed a very good clean. It was horrendous and the dust when I shut it to use the bathroom as the bathroom over looks the car park was extremely dirty, the rooms could do with a bit of TLC but it did the job.

Our second visit and we would be happy to stay again. Set in a lovely olde worlde part of Shepperton it is a nice quiet location very close to the river. Lovely bar area and restaurant with an out door area to sit and watch the river life. The bedroom was a good size and comfortable, water pressure for the shower was a bit low but adequate. The staff were very helpful and we enjoyed our stay.

Feels relatively run down. My sink was stopped shut and it took myself and the overnight attendant 20 minutes to figure out how to make it usable; not fun at 12 AM. The sheets were also stained which made me sleep on top of the covers. Glad I was here only 1 night, will not be returning.
