「Very Dirty entrance, there’s no staff this is not a hotel it’s a boarding house. Could not even spend one night heard noises in the middle of the night.had to leave to an actual hotel Round house and pay more money. Not safe for a woman alone! I was traveling by my self.A fool refund is appropriate. Tried to call the owner multiple times no response… I don’t recommend this place.」

「The owner, Jimmy, was such a delightful and gracious host! He made me feel so welcome and safe! The hotel is like an old fashioned rooming house - not super fancy but perfect for crashing in after a long day of touring around with friends and family. When I reserved the 2 rooms I thought Ramada had a good reputation, obviously not a high tier hotel but I thought it would at least be clean and properly maintained. I was wrong. 「Inside the room, it is renovated and everything is very nice. They’re still going under construction. It will be a very nice place after completion. I stayed one night and my experience was very nice. The Hotel reception guy he went out of his way to help me.」

「A small boutique hotel with not many rooms. If I had booked earlier, would have picked the room with balcony on 4/F instead of the standard room, of which the windows could not be opened. 」

「The staff were wonderful, helpful, and amazing. This property appears to be a work in progress with great efforts made to rehab it from a prior state. It was cleaner than I expected and quieter than I expected even though it was full to capacity. Shout out to Michael at the desk for service above and beyond.」
