"Born and raised in the area but relocated 25 years ago. Travel with dog so stay in hotel for comfort and connivence. Property right off 81. Staff nice and property clean. Only negative for me is bathroom has a tub shower combo versus a walk in shower also there is no safe in the room. Would recommend this property. "

"Had a great stay, staff was great, breakfast was great, waffles, eggs, sausage, fried potatoes milk, cereal, yogurt, juice, toast, muffins, the room was very clean, beds was very comfortable, showers is nice, it close to the mall, restaurant, grocery store, indoor pool and much more"

"Hotels.com screwed up my reservation (as they did the next hotel on my multi-city trip), so I got there & only 1 room was reserved. Since it wasn’t busy, no big deal, except the front desk staff said there was some “new” system in use and they couldn’t add a room to my reservation or create a 2nd one. Completely ridiculous. So I stood in the lobby, in front of hotel staff, and had to make a reservation in my cell phone. The person who checked us in was either in a foul mood or seriously hates her job, because she was defensive & rude the entire time, when she should have been profusely apologizing & offering us freebies for the inconvenience. The room was spacious but had ridiculously inadequate storage. All in closet but only 1 rod, 4 teeny weeny shelves. There was no functional chest of drawers. The same front desk person claimed they had no additional hangers. Like many hotels, they have (presumably) used COVID as an excuse to avoid cleaning rooms daily. We asked for our room to be cleaned every couple of days, but even then only half the room was cleaned. Probably won’t stay in a Springhill Suites again unless I can’t avoid it."

"Parking was good and a hand cart was available and easy to access room. We have a small dog so keeping her homemade dog food cold was cold was important. Breakfast was the best we had on this trip! The room was clean and I liked your type of pillow choice."

"The property is clean and pretty on the inside and there was evidence that the grounds had newly planted decorative flowers. Healthy and spring welcoming. The breakfast included eggs and sausage, so those who tend to be more carnivore could be satisfied. The bed was amazing. It is tricky to get into the parking lot, but it is safe. We were staying in a room on the back, and felt safe. I'd stay here again."
