「The hotel is a lovely old building in a perfectly convenient location in downtown Fort Worth. Sundance Square is in easy walking distance as are various public transport options such as the bus to The Stockyards and the train to Dallas. Our room on the 6th floor was lovely with a nice comfortable bed. All the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. The only issue we encountered was that they charged the stay on the credit card I had used to secure the booking, rather than the card I had...

「Very Clean and quiet - nice room and bathroom - it was pretty perfect for the price point. Elevators were a little slow and backed up occasionally - but that is my only (very minor) complaint to a nice stay. 」

The text message option was not working properly for 2 days and we waited 20 minutes for our car when there were no other cars waiting for valet service. The staff were completely unaware and not attentive which was a contrast to the rest of the hotel staff. 」

「This was a amazing place to stay, new and Modern decor, very comfortable bed, suite was a little small but still adequate, very clean and hotel staff welcoming and knowledgeable, and the cleaning staff did wonderful job of taking care of my room during my stay, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and I will definitely stay again. 」

「Our stay was an overnight stay for a doctors appointment. The room was good. We stayed in a handicap accessible with was good. The bench in the shower seemed to be coming unscrewed or pulling out of the wall. So it could have been unsafe. It was a good location so we had no trouble getting to our appointment on time. 」
