"My wife and I had an excellent stay at the Bangkok Marriott Hotel The Surawongse. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite on the 22nd floor with a king-size bed, and the room was spotless, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The location was perfect — walkable to many restaurants, shops, and nearby attractions, which made getting around very easy. Service was seamless throughout the stay, and the staff were truly outstanding: friendly, attentive, and professional at every turn. Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations. "We stayed in one if not the biggest two bedroom unit that they have. This thing was spacious. Generous living space, kitchen space and the bedrooms are also pretty big and also has a slice of Riverview. You can see the ICONSIam from your living room window. The staff were great, the property is clean. No complaints whatsoever. This will now be my go-to hotel every time I stay in Bangkok Arthur was the concierge that helped us. He was also in itself quite amazing. Very calm and pleasant to deal with. Because of this experience, we decided to go back to Bangkok for the last couple days of our trip. We will be back on January 16th to 18th. Once again toenjoy Center Plus Siloms staff and hospitality...and to do more shopping."

"Very good service, excellent location, very clean room with an extraordinary view. But upon arrival at 3:15 pm, I left my luggage at the entrance and it never arrived in my room. I had to ask for it, and it was in another room—a nightmare. Luckily, it was recovered without any problems, and I didn't even receive an apology from the hotel."

"Great location in the heart of Chinatown, loads of street food options nearby, cabs and tut tuts right outside. Mini Shopping mall and 7 eleven store downstairs, has everything you need. Breakfast area is very clean and has lots of options. Fried rice, noodles and boa buns also fresh fruit, bread and eggs. Very clean, friendly staff. Room was spotless with a great shower. "
