"The location of the property was fantastic. It was very dirty, outdated, broken and not maintained which was extremely disappointing. Do not be deceived by the location which they charged a premium for."

"Check in was easy, fast and accurate. They have someone on site 24/7. The staff was all very nice, Consuela was very nice at check out and the other mornings I was in for the continental breakfast,the other two ladies I dealt with were also very pleasant. I called in before my arrival and Dan was very helpful. The room was as advertised. It had a coffee maker, fridge, microwave, TV with cable, iron & ironing board, and a hair dryer. The room was also clean, and housekeeping did come every day and clean the room, change my sheets and make the bed, and I noticed they actually cleaned the floors too. There were minor issues in the room but nothing major. I didn't visit the pool area (if there is one - I didn't look for one) so I cannot comment on that. The parking lot was well lit, clean, litter free, and the building itself was not bad for an older structure. The location was perfect for my needs being only two miles to the convention center, right off the major interstate, under 8 miles to the Amtrak Station, and not too far from the Airport. It was also close to the downtown area. The neighborhood did seem a little rough and there were no restaurants, gas stations, or stores within walking distance but they were all about a mile or so down the road and very close by driving. Overall this was not a bad place especially for the low rates compared to the other hotels in the area. I would stay here again if the price is right. "

"We had some strange issues with some of the amenities, but the staff took care of it immediately. There was no hairdryer in the room, but then they brought one up. The coffee maker was broken, but they did bring a new one. Otherwise, everything was great. They took care of the issues without any problem."

"The breakfast was shockingly good! I wasn't expecting that. I think they were blueberry muffins that were great!!! The staff was polite and friendly. Room was cleaned spotlessly. I personally am not a fan of carpet in any hotel, so that would be suggestion for them on their next upgrade. Remove the carpet and replace with LVP floors. The more Homewood Suites we stay at the more we look at them for future stays. You are getting consistently good stays."
