「Excellent location, lovely staff. Single bed was comfy and spotlessly clean room, especially for the age of the building. Love that they have local artist paintings for sale in the public areas. Highly recommend a stay here.」

「Lovely place, clean and fresh room with heated blanket for those colder evenings, fresh and clean bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities in room well topped up and tv, free parking which is nice and private (although very tight if you have a large vehicle) and loads of choice at breakfast. Little gem of a place, and really good price, I only stayed one night but will definitely book again.」

「All the staff were friendly and super helpful. The resident pianist Alan was just fab. He was not only good but made you feel very welcome and spoke personally and passionately about the songs he was playing and gave some history behind them. He played all types of music and even asked the type of music we liked etc so he could play some for us. It was a pleasure to sit and listen to him. Our room was large and very comfortable and having the balcony that wrapped around made the views even...
