「We chose to stay in the treehouse and had an excellent time. It’s very rustic! The pools and hot tubs are quite worn down and we chose not to use them, but we wanted a treehouse experience and boy did we get it for a very reasonable cost. There is a security guard which makes it feel safer. There is a restaurant on site which made it easy. Food was just ok for us. Still giving a great rating because we had such a fun experience. Beds are like rocks and pillows are huge and sucked but for one...

「I only stayed here one night but it was a great experience. I had to check in very late due to my flight. The staff was very attentive to me and always kept in touch with me while I was in my way for my check in. It seems like a wonderful family business and I can tell they truly care about their hotel. I was so grateful for the beautiful view when I had breakfast. The breakfast was there waiting for me at the time I requested! They even reminded me. I could tell it was homemade authentic food....

「This was our second time visiting Costa Rica and our second stay at the hotel. The staff were so friendly, professional and extremely helpful. The wait staff were amazing and friendly, we had a late night dinner and drinks after a long travel day and all was delicious and promptly served. The lobby and bathrooms were so clean and organized. Any encounter with staff whether it be at the front desk or cleaning staff were so friendly and welcoming. Thank you and we will be back next year! Pura...
