「Florence - A great place to stay!!!!!!!! the location is extremely convenient, you can reach restaurants, shops and gelato places in 1 min. The room is so pretty, clean and spacious with a huge bed, big toilet, kitchen and living room. Also the staffs are so nice and friendly, they offered help to book restaurant and order flower before we arrived! Love this hotel so much!」

「The room including the toilet is clean. Fruit and capsule coffee were provided on top of the daily breakfast/cake. 」

「Clean bathroom and bed. So central and for where it is...I might stay there again. For the seasoned traveller who doesnt need to be pampered...it's a win.」

「Staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast area is good. Be prepared to go up 3 levels without escalator. Roof top offers a good view.」

「酒店看着很一般，住着还是挺舒适的，只是房间不向阳，有点遗憾。步行到景点要20分钟」

「地點絕佳，房間乾淨整潔」

「Good location Great bedroom」

「Worse experience I’ve ever had for a place, and I’ve traveled the world. First, pictures do NOT reflect actual room that was very small and out of date. Noise level at night was loud, swearing well into the night. Multi level stairs that were not known, we are 74 year old seniors. Room was not as represented.」

「The concierge was so helpful with getting us settled in our beautiful room and helping us get a taxi to the airport at the end of our stay.」
